24 Hour Access
Just as it suggests, our gym is open to our members 24 hours a day. Thanks to the instalment of some new technology we no longer are restricted to our previously ridged (and short) opening hours! Members sign in with their thumb print at our secure turnstile to gain access to our facilities.
How you access the facilities

All members once signed up will have their thumb print linked to their account (this is done in the gym at reception by one of our staff), once linked members will sign in using their thumbprint and will be able to walk through the turnstile. There will be a button on the entrance for anyone who may have an issue signing in with their thumbprint, this button will notify us of the issue and we will amend it as soon as possible. If there are issues with use of the thumb another finger will be used and linked to the account instead for signing in.

We've all experienced the frustration of hitting the gym during peak hours (think 5:30 pm in January) when we found ourselves mostly waiting for gym equipment and machines to free up.

With 24-hour gyms, those situations become a thing of the past. Whether you're an early bird or a midnight exercise enthusiast, you can now enjoy the convenience of having a wide range of equipment readily available, ensuring a seamless and efficient workout experience.

24 hour gyms offer less opportunity to make excuses

Most people work unsociable hours, whether they are doctors, nurses, night porters or students, they can all agree work and study schedules pose a challenge to maintaining a consistent workout routine.
​
When your schedule is disrupted, sticking to a consistent exercise routine becomes even more daunting. After returning home from work and getting settled, getting that motivation to get up, prepare a gym bag, and commute to the gym before it shuts down can be quite the task and something we have considered when aiming to open 24 Hours.

The availability of 24-hour gyms alleviates this concern, ensuring that, regardless of your work hours, you can conveniently drop by the gym on your way home without any concerns about opening and closing times.
Battle gym anxiety with access to a 24 hour gym

If you ever feel uneasy, self-conscious, or generally uncomfortable in the gym environment, consider opting for off-peak workouts as they can help alleviate some of the anxieties associated with gym-going. Peak hours are typically between 8 - 11 am and 4 - 7 pm, but it's advisable to inquire with the gym receptionist to identify the quietest times during the day or night that align with your schedule.
